According to the Mehrnews, Saeed Hormazian stated that the environmental protection unit of Marvdasht County successfully identified and collected over 5,000 meters of illegal fishing nets from the surface of the Doruzen Dam lake during a nighttime monitoring and control operation. He added that during this operation, 112 specimens of various fish, including carp, biah, and other species, were discovered, and the illegal nets were disposed of in accordance with regulations. The head of the environmental protection department of Marvdasht County urged citizens, law-abiding fishermen, and nature enthusiasts to report any violations related to hunting and fishing to the environmental protection offices or the communication systems of this organization as quickly as possible, so that necessary legal actions can be taken.
