According to the Mehrnews, on Saturday afternoon, coinciding with Judiciary Week, a group of judicial officials from Golestan Province, accompanied by media representatives, visited several neighborhoods and villages in the city of Gorgan to inspect projects that have been implemented and completed as a result of addressing public demands and conducting judicial service desks.
One of the most significant projects inaugurated during this event was the gas supply to the village of Ebrahimabad, which was executed with a budget exceeding 1.8 billion tomans. With the launch of this project, 50 rural households have been connected to the natural gas network and are now benefiting from this service.
In the same village, a water supply project has also been completed, and officials announced that the asphalt paving of the roads in Ebrahimabad will commence and be completed in the coming days to alleviate some of the infrastructural issues faced by the residents of this area.
During the visit, the issue of electricity supply for residential units in the Anjirab region was also resolved, with 80 households finally connected to the national electricity grid after a prolonged wait. Additionally, a project for the drainage and collection of surface water along the Anjirab to Lamelang route has been completed, featuring a 430-meter-long channel and a budget of approximately 4 billion tomans; this initiative plays a crucial role in reducing flooding and managing runoff in this area.
Judicial officials in Golestan emphasized that identifying problems during field visits, presenting public demands at service desks, and continuous follow-up until implementation have facilitated the completion of these infrastructural and service projects. These initiatives aim to enhance the quality of life for residents in underprivileged areas and address some of the infrastructural challenges faced by these communities.
